Terms of use and purchase of the store

1. General terms

The online store 8kajis.lv is maintained by SIA „Zingelis", registration No. 40203429485, legal address: Nākotnes iela 27, Ķekava, Ķekava region, LV-2123, e-mail: info@8kajis.lv.

These terms determine the procedure of using the online store, purchasing goods, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

By placing an order in the online store 8kajis.lv, the buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with these terms and agree to them.

2. Distance contract

When placing an order in the online store 8kajis.lv, between the buyer and SIA „Zingelis” tiek noslēgts distances līgums saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem.

The distance contract enters into force at the moment when the buyer has placed the order and it has been confirmed.

3. Prices and payment

Visas interneta veikalā norādītās cenas ir eiro (EURAll prices indicated in the online store are in euros (") and include value added tax (VAT). The currency of settlement is the euro.

The buyer can pay for the purchase by choosing one of the payment methods provided by the payment platform MakeCommerce (Maksekeskus AS):

In addition, the online store offers payment upon receipt of the good and bank transfer. These payment methods are provided by the Seller and are not related to MakeCommerce platform.

When using the online banking payment method, the Buyer must press the "Return to merchant" button after payment confirmation so that the order is registered.

Personal data required for making the payment are transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The contract enters into force at the moment when the payment is received in the Seller's bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller informs the Buyer about it and refunds the paid amount as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days after sending the notification.

The Seller has the right to change product prices without prior notice. For orders that are already registered, the price that was valid at the time of placing the order is applied.

4. Order processing

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data specified in the order.

If the fulfillment of the order is not possible, the seller informs the buyer as soon as possible and agrees on the most appropriate solution.

5. Shipping

Goods are delivered using the shipping methods offered in the online store.

The estimated delivery time and shipping costs are indicated during the order checkout.

For orders over 100 EUR free shipping within the territory of Latvia is provided, unless otherwise indicated at the time of placing the order.

6. Product availability

We strive to ensure that the product availability information published in the online store is up to date.

If, in exceptional cases, the ordered product is not available, the buyer is informed as soon as possible, and the paid money, if it has already been received, is refunded in accordance with the procedures established by regulatory enactments.

7. Right of withdrawal

A buyer who is a consumer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law and other applicable regulatory enactments.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must contact the seller by writing to info@8kajis.lv.

The returned goods must be undamaged and unused to an extent exceeding what is necessary to check the properties and operation of the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned in their original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where it is restricted or excluded by regulatory enactments.

8. Non-conformity of goods and warranty

If the received goods do not comply with the terms of the contract or have a manufacturing defect, the buyer has the right to exercise the claim rights provided for in regulatory enactments.

9. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the online store's Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

All information published in the online store, including texts, photographs, graphic materials and other content, is SIA „Zingelis” īpašums vai tiek izmantots ar attiecīgo tiesību īpašnieku atļauju.

Without prior written consent, copying, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes is prohibited.

11. Dispute Resolution

Questions and disagreements are first resolved through mutual negotiations.

If an agreement cannot be reached, the buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or defend their rights in accordance with the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.

12. Final Provisions

SIA „Zingelis” ir tiesības veikt izmaiņas šajos noteikumos. Aktuālā noteikumu redakcija vienmēr ir pieejama interneta vietnē 8kajis.lv.
